Committee of Conference Report on SB 313, relative to the authority of the office of professional licensure and certification to establish fees and establishing a committee to study and make recommendations relative to funding of the office of professional licensure and certification.
Recommendation:
That the Senate recede from its position of nonconcurrence with the House amendment, and concur with the House amendment, and
That the Senate and House each pass the bill as amended by the House.
