STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Accident and Health Insurance; Trade Associations. Amend RSA 415 by inserting after section 27 the following new section:
415:28 State Trade Associations; Health Insurance. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent a state trade association from joining its peer national association in purchasing health insurance.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
