STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT making an appropriation to the lead paint hazard remediation fund.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Appropriation; Housing Finance Authority; Lead Paint Hazard Remediation Fund. The sum of $3,000,000 for the biennium ending June 30, 2023 is hereby appropriated to the lead paint hazard remediation fund established in RSA 204-C:89. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.

METHODOLOGY:
This bill makes a general fund appropriation of $3,000,000 in FY 2023 to the lead paint hazard remediation fund, a non-lapsing dedicated fund administered by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NHHFA). It is unknown at this time how much of this $3,000,000 would be expended by NHHFA from the Lead Paint Hazard Remediation Fund and in which fiscal years.
