STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT relative to the operation of a state forensic psychiatric hospital.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Department of Health and Human Services; Operation of State Forensic Psychiatric Hospital. Amend RSA 126-A:5 by inserting after paragraph XXXIII the following new paragraph:
XXXIV. The department of health and human services shall operate and manage the state's forensic psychiatric hospital. The department may contract with a private medical organization for the provision of clinical services.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
