STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to the liability of grandparents to provide assistance.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 167:3-a, relative to the liability of grandparents for support, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
