Amendment to HB 1480
Amend RSA 186-C:23, VI as inserted by section 2 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
VI. The state board of education shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, for the methods of alternative dispute resolution in this section.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill expands alternative dispute resolution regarding the provision of special education services for individualized education plan facilitation and authorizes the state board of education to make rules for this purpose.
