STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT making an appropriation to the university system of New Hampshire and the community college system of New Hampshire for marketing of hospitality management programs.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Appropriation; University System and Community College System; Marketing of Hospitality Management and Related Programs.  For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, the sum of $25,000 is appropriated to the university system of New Hampshire and the sum of $25,000 is appropriated to the community college system of New Hampshire for the purpose of marketing hospitality management and related programs at both educational institutions.  The funds shall be allocated to the departments within each educational institution that offer hospitality management and related programs for appropriate marketing and promotional initiatives.  The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2024.

METHODOLOGY:

This bill appropriates $25,000, in FY 2025, to each the University System of New Hampshire and Community College System of New Hampshire, for a total of $50,000, to be allocated to departments within each educational institution that offer hospitality management and other related programs for appropriate marketing and promotional initiatives.
