Amendment to HB 97-FN
Amend the bill by replacing all after the enacting clause with the following:
1 Department of Environmental Services; Eligible Wastewater Projects; Appropriation.
There is hereby appropriated to the department of environmental services the sum of $5,000,000 for the biennium ending June 30, 2027, which shall be nonlapsing, for the purpose of funding wastewater projects approved pursuant to RSA 486 on or before June 30, 2027. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
