STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five
AN ACT making an appropriation to the department of education for charter schools.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Education; Appropriation for Charter Schools. The sum of $1,000,000 is hereby appropriated to the department of education for the biennium ending June 30, 2007, for the purpose of providing support to charter schools. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.

HB 103-FN-A - FISCAL NOTE
AN ACT making an appropriation to the department of education for charter schools.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Department of Education indicates this bill will increase state general fund expenditures and local revenue by $1,000,000 in FY 2006. There will be no fiscal impact on state and county revenue or county and local expenditures.
This bill appropriates $1,000,000 from the general fund to the Department of Education for the biennium ending June 30, 2007 for the purposes of this act.
METHODOLOGY:
The Department states it will expend the $1,000,000 appropriation in FY 2006 under the terms of RSA 194-B:11 to fund charter schools.
