AN ACT relative to the use of artificial light to view moose in Coos County.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
6:1 Game Animals; Moose; Illegal Use of Light. Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 208:8-a, I-a to read as follows:
I-a. The provisions of paragraph I shall not apply to a person using an artificial light to locate or view a moose from 9:00 a.m. to [9:00] 11:00 p.m. on any day during the period of September 1 through the second Monday of October. In addition, the exception in this paragraph shall be limited to the following roads in Coos county[.]:
6:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
