STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five
AN ACT naming a certain bridge on New Hampshire Route 3 between Pembroke and Allenstown.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
21:1 Bridge Named. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the new double-decker bridge to be built on New Hampshire Route 3 between Pembroke and Allenstown is hereby named the Suncook Connection Bridge.
21:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
21:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
