STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five

AN ACT requiring certain labels on bottled water.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Bottled Water; Labeling; Rule Required. The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall adopt a rule under the provisions of RSA 143:16 that requires all bottled water sold in New Hampshire to list on its label the amount of any fluoride or compound of fluorine which has been determined to be hazardous to human health, contained in the water.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
