STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five

AN ACT repealing a 1901 law relating to the apportionment of library funds in the town of Haverhill.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

15:1 Repeal. 1901, 180, relative to the apportionment of library funds in the town of Haverhill, is repealed.

15:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
