STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five

AN ACT relative to a certain highway project between Pembroke and Bow, New Hampshire.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Route 106 Connection to Interstate 89 at the Junction With Interstate 93. The department of transportation shall expeditiously complete the project to connect New Hampshire Route 106 in Pembroke to Interstate 89 at the junction with Interstate 93 in the town of Bow under RSA 240:3, the “State of New Hampshire Ten Year Transportation Improvement Plan 2005-2014 Submitted by the House Public Works and Highways Committee as Part of the Legislative Process Pursuant to RSA 228:99 and RSA 240 of the Laws of New Hampshire.”

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
