This bill authorizes the Gorham school district, the Randolph school district, and the Shelburne school district to establish and fund certain capital reserve funds which will become part of the Gorham-Randolph-Shelburne cooperative school district.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five

AN ACT authorizing the establishment of certain reserve funds by the Gorham, Randolph, and Shelburne school districts.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

89:1 Gorham, Randolph, and Shelburne School Districts; Establishment of Certain Reserve Funds. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Gorham school district, the Randolph school district, and the Shelburne school district are hereby authorized to establish and fund a school facilities capital reserve fund, a school bus capital reserve fund, and a building capital reserve fund as provided in the articles of agreement proposed to establish the Gorham-Randolph-Shelburne cooperative school district. A vote to approve such articles of agreement shall be held not later than 3 years from the effective date of this act.

89:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
