STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five

AN ACT relative to sales of tickets for pure lotteries by those not employed by the lottery commission.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 284:21-h, II(d)(1), relative to sales of lottery tickets limited to employees of the lottery commission, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
