STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT making an appropriation to the Good Neighbor Health Clinic.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Appropriation; Good Neighbor Health Clinic. The sum of $50,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006 and the sum of $50,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007 are hereby appropriated to the department of health and human services for the purposes of making a payment to the Good Neighbor Health Clinic in White River Junction, Vermont. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.

HB 1104-FN-A - FISCAL NOTE
AN ACT making an appropriation to the Good Neighbor Health Clinic.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Office of Legislative Budget Assistant states this bill will increase state general fund expenditures by $50,000 in FY 2006 and $50,000 in FY 2007. There will be no fiscal impact on county and local expenditures or state, county and local revenue.
This bill appropriates $50,000 in FY 2006 and $50,000 in FY 2007 from the general fund to the Department of Health and Human Services for the purposes of this act.
METHODOLOGY:
The Department will pay these funds to the Good Neighbor Health Clinic in White River Junction, Vermont.
