STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six

AN ACT relative to the economic development section of a master plan.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Master Plan; Economic Development Section; Workforce Housing Added. Amend RSA 674:2, III(c) to read as follows:

(c) An economic development section which proposes actions to suit the community’s economic goals, given its economic strengths and weaknesses in the region. The economic development section shall give consideration to the need for an adequate supply of housing to meet the needs of the workforce given the community’s economic strength and the region’s weaknesses.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
