STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT relative to membership of the state building code review board.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Building Code Review Board; New Hampshire Fire Prevention Society Member Added. Amend RSA 155-A:10, I by inserting after subparagraph (p) the following new subparagraph:
(q) One member of the New Hampshire Fire Prevention Society, nominated by that organization.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
