AN ACT making a technical correction to the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

AN ACT making a technical correction to the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

77:1 Uniform Interstate Family Support Act; Proceedings Under this Chapter. Amend RSA 546-B:12, II(c) to read as follows:

(c) Registration of an order for spousal support or child support of another state for enforcement pursuant to Article 6, RSA 546-B:39-[45] 46;

77:2 Uniform Interstate Family Support Act; Proceedings Under this Chapter. Amend RSA 546-B:12, II(e) to read as follows:

(e) Registration of an order for child support of another state for modification pursuant to Article 6, RSA [546-B:39-45] 546-B:47-52;

77:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
