AN ACT repealing a requirement that the department of transportation spend a certain amount for litter removal that is determined based on fees paid to the liquor commission.

This bill repeals a requirement that the department of transportation spend an amount of its budget for the removal of litter that is determined based on fees paid to the liquor commission.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT repealing a requirement that the department of transportation spend a certain amount for litter removal that is determined based on fees paid to the liquor commission.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
54:1 Repeal. RSA 178:26, II, relative to a sum of money to be used for increased roadside litter removal, is repealed.
54:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
