STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT relative to the location of the Cheshire county superior court.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Superior Court; Place; Cheshire County. Amend RSA 496:1, I(c) to read as follows:
(c) For the county of Cheshire: At Keene, except as provided under paragraph III.
2 New Paragraph; Location of Cheshire County Superior Courthouse. Amend RSA 496:1 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
III. The Cheshire county convention may vote to establish a superior courthouse at a location in Cheshire county other than the city of Keene.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
