STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six

AN ACT restricting the speed of remote-controlled model boats.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; General Rules for Vessels Operating on Water; Model Boats. Amend RSA 270-D:2 by inserting after paragraph IX the following new paragraph:

X. The provisions of paragraphs I and VI shall also apply to the operation of remote-controlled model boats.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2007.
