STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT authorizing the Mount Washington Chamber of Commerce to erect a sign on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Signage; Mount Washington Valley. Subject to approval of the department of transportation, the Mount Washington Chamber of Commerce is authorized to design, construct, pay for, and maintain a sign on Interstate 95 south of the Route 16 exit directing drivers to the Mount Washington Valley. The cost of design, construction, and maintenance of such sign shall not be a charge to the state.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
