STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT adding the chief justice of the supreme court or designee to the advisory council on emergency preparedness and security.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Advisory Council on Emergency Preparedness and Security; Membership. Amend RSA 21-P:48, I by inserting after subparagraph (u) the following new subparagraph:
(v) The chief justice of the supreme court, or designee.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage. .
