STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT changing the dates of the reports on court facilities made to the supreme court by the court accreditation commission and made to the commissioner of administrative services by the supreme court.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
306:1 Court Accreditation Commission; Report Date. Amend RSA 490:5-c, IV to read as follows:
IV. Reviewing for the supreme court the adequacies of court facilities and reporting its findings and recommendations to the supreme court for its consideration in [June] January of each year.
306:2 Facilities Plan. Amend RSA 490-B:4 to read as follows:
490-B:4 Facilities Plan. [By July 1] Before March 1 of each year, the supreme court shall submit a report to the commissioner of administrative services setting forth the space and facility operating requirements for each court location.
306:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
