STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to eligibility for the supervisory level certificate for commercial pesticides applicators.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Pesticides Control; Rulemaking; Commercial Applicators; Supervisory Level; Eligibility. Amend RSA 430:31, IV(n) to read as follows:
(n) Criteria for eligibility for, and the limits on the use of, certificates of registration for commercial applicators, private applicators, and commercial applicators for hire, provided that such rules shall contain eligibility criteria for supervisory level commercial applicators solely based on relevant experience or passage of an examination.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
