AN ACT relative to the commission to study issues relating to stormwater.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight

AN ACT relative to the commission to study issues relating to stormwater.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

266:1 Commission to Study Issues Relating to Stormwater; Membership. Amend subparagraph I(g) of section 2 of HB 1295 of the 2008 regular legislative session to read as follows:

(g) An expert on stormwater management or watershed management from the university [system] of New Hampshire, appointed by the university president.

266:2 Commission to Study Issues Relating to Stormwater; Membership. Amend subparagraph I(m) of section 2 of HB 1295 of the 2008 regular legislative session to read as follows:

(m) A representative of the New Hampshire Public Works Association, who is employed by a municipal separate storm sewer system community, appointed by that association.

266:3 Contingency. If HB 1295 of the 2008 regular legislative session becomes law, sections 1 and 2 of this act shall take effect at 12:01 a.m. on the day such act takes effect. If HB 1295 of the 2008 regular legislative session does not become law, sections 1 and 2 of this act shall not take effect.

266:4 Effective Date.

I. Sections 1 and 2 of this act shall take effect as provided in section 3 of this act.

II. The remainder of this act shall take effect upon its passage.
