STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT repealing the gas utility restructuring oversight committee.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
71:1 Repeal. RSA 374:60, relative to the gas utility restructuring oversight committee, is repealed.
71:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
