AN ACT relative to insurance for parking lots used to store vehicles owned by charitable organizations.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to insurance for parking lots used to store vehicles owned by charitable organizations.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Regulation of Forms and Rates for Property and Casualty Insurance; Parking Lots. Amend RSA 412 by inserting after section 4 the following new section:

412:4-a Parking Lots. All property insurance for premises with a parking lot shall include, at no cost to the insured, coverage for loss and liability associated with storage of vehicles owned by charitable organizations, as defined in RSA 7:21.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2010.
