AN ACT allowing the executive director of fish and game to donate certain hunting and fishing permits to the wildlife heritage foundation of New Hampshire.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT allowing the executive director of fish and game to donate certain hunting and fishing permits to the wildlife heritage foundation of New Hampshire.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Wildlife Heritage Foundation; Donation of Permits. Amend RSA 206 by inserting after section 33-d the following new section:

206:33-e Wildlife Heritage Foundation; Donation of Permits. The executive director may donate up to 5 moose permits, up to 5 deer permits, and up to 5 bear permits, each fiscal year to the wildlife heritage foundation of New Hampshire, the official nonprofit partner of the department pursuant to RSA 206:33-c. The donated permits shall be used by the foundation to assist in its corporate mission. The donation of permits shall not affect the number of permits to be made available to the public by the department.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
