STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT declaring the chinook the state dog of New Hampshire.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

62:1 New Section; State Emblems; State Dog. Amend RSA 3 by inserting after section 24 the following new section:

3:25 State Dog. The chinook is hereby designated as the official state dog of New Hampshire.

62:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
