STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine
AN ACT requiring manufactured housing park owners to provide copies of the manufactured housing parks law to prospective tenants.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Regulation of Manufactured Housing Parks; Prohibition. Amend RSA 205-A:2 by inserting after paragraph XI the following new paragraph:
XI-a. Fail to provide each prospective tenant with an accurate and complete copy of RSA 205-A prior to the application for approval to reside in the park.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2010.
