STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT relative to multiple birth awareness month.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Multiple Birth Awareness Month. Amend RSA 4 by inserting after section 13-n the following new section:
4:13-o Multiple Birth Awareness Month. The governor shall proclaim the month of April as multiple birth awareness month in order to raise awareness of issues facing multiple birth parents. The governor shall urge the citizens of this state to observe the month with appropriate events.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
