STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT relative to membership of the commission to study water infrastructure sustainability funding.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Commission to Study Water Infrastructure Sustainability Funding: Membership. Amend RSA 2009, 245:2, I by inserting after subparagraph (o) the following new subparagraph:
(p) A representative of the Granite State Rural Water Association, appointed by that organization.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
