AN ACT relative to the requirement for certification as a habitual offender.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to the requirement for certification as a habitual offender.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Habitual Offender. Amend RSA 259:39, II by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following new subparagraph:

(e) Conviction of any offense specified in RSA 263:64.

2 Repeal. RSA 259:39, I(g), relative to habitual offender; conviction of driving after revocation or suspension of driver’s license, is repealed.

3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2011.
