STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to municipal access to the enhanced 911 data base.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Information Not Subject to Right-to-Know. Amend RSA 106-H:14, I to read as follows:

I. On a case-by-case basis to a law enforcement agency that requires the information or records for investigative purposes[; and].

2 New Paragraph; Information Not Subject to Right-to-Know Law. Amend RSA 106-H:14 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:

III. To municipalities solely for the purpose of emergency notification. Information shared with municipalities under this provision shall be limited to reverse 911 numbers.

3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
