STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT naming a portion of route 43 after the Honorable Robert A. Johnson.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

97:1 Honorable Robert A. Johnson Memorial Highway. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, that portion of route 43 in the town of Northwood running to the Deerfield town line, shall be named the Honorable Robert A. Johnson Memorial Highway in honor of the Honorable Robert A. Johnson. Appropriate signage may be placed along the designated portion of the highway.

97:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers authorized under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers authorized under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.

97:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
