STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT relative to the boundaries of the North Conway water district.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 North Conway Water District; Boundaries Approved. The 2010 legislative session hereby approves the boundaries of the North Conway Water District as described in the survey by H.E. Bergeron Engineers, dated September 21, 2009.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
