STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to renewable energy credits.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Electric Renewable Energy Classes. Amend RSA 362-F:4, I by inserting after subparagraph (j) the following new subparagraph:

(k) The use of technology, by water utilities, that captures the energy in water pressure and converts it to electricity.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
