AN ACT exempting certain non-regulatory boards, commissions, councils, advisory committees, and task forces from repeal on June 30, 2011.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Reinstated Non-Regulatory Boards, Commissions, Councils, Advisory Committees, and Task Forces. Pursuant to 2009, 144:87, I(a), the following non-regulatory boards, commissions, councils, advisory committees, and task forces are hereby reinstated:
