STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to sewage disposal systems.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Sewage Disposal Systems; Approval to Increase Load on a Sewage Disposal System. Amend RSA 485-A:38 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:

II-a. No approval from the department shall be required for the expansion of any structure that does not increase the load on a sewage disposal system.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
