STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT prohibiting the university system of New Hampshire from using state appropriations to fund public television.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; University of New Hampshire; State Funds. Amend RSA 187-A:7 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:

IV. No state funds appropriated to the university system of New Hampshire shall be used to support or fund New Hampshire public television.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
