STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT conferring degree-granting authority to the Upper Valley Educators Institute.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

43:1 Upper Valley Educators Institute. The Upper Valley Educators Institute is hereby authorized to confer degrees upon its graduates, subject to the authority of the postsecondary education commission under RSA 188-D:8, IV. The degrees shall be specified by the postsecondary education commission as provided in RSA 292:8-h, III.

43:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
