STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT repealing the New Hampshire rail transit authority.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. The following are repealed:

I. RSA 238-A, relative to the New Hampshire rail transit authority.

II. RSA 21-I:49, IX, relative to personnel of the New Hampshire rail transit authority.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
