STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT repealing certain provisions relating to the sale of oleomargarine.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

49:1 Repeal. The following are repealed:

I. RSA 184:50, relative to sale of broken packages of oleomargarine.

II. RSA 184:52, relative to serving colored oleomargarine.

49:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
