STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT adding cigar blunt wraps to the definition of drug paraphernalia in the controlled drug act.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Controlled Drug Act; Definitions. Amend RSA 318-B:1, X-a by inserting after subparagraph (k)(11) the following new subparagraph:
(12) Cigar blunt wraps.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
