AN ACT renaming the road to the supreme court and the administrative office of the courts from Charles Doe Drive to Noble Drive and renaming the campus of the supreme court and the administrative office of the courts from Charles Doe Place to Noble Place.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT renaming the road to the supreme court and the administrative office of the courts from Charles Doe Drive to Noble Drive and renaming the campus of the supreme court and the administrative office of the courts from Charles Doe Place to Noble Place.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Road Renamed. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the road leading from Hazen Drive into the campus of the supreme court and administrative office of the courts is hereby renamed Noble Drive.
2 Campus Renamed. The campus of the supreme court and administrative office of the courts is hereby renamed Noble Place.
3 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
4 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
