STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT relative to the installation of broadband equipment on Cardigan Mountain.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Governmental Use of Property; Installation of Broadband Equipment on Cardigan Mountain. Amend RSA 674 by inserting after section 54 the following new section:
674:54-a Installation of Broadband Equipment on Cardigan Mountain. The commissioner of the department of resources and economic development, in consultation with telecommunications planning and development advisory committee established in RSA 12-A:46, shall permit the construction and installation of broadband equipment and infrastructure on Cardigan Mountain, located in Cardigan state park.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
