AN ACT relative to criminal records of juvenile offenders.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT relative to criminal records of juvenile offenders.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Juvenile Case and Court Records. Amend RSA 169-B:35, III by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following new subparagraph:
(e) Any person shall have access to juvenile case records as defined in RSA 170-G:8-a and juvenile court records from proceedings brought under this chapter in which the juvenile was found to have committed a violent crime as defined in RSA 651:5, XIII or a sexual offense as defined in RSA 651-B:1, V.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
